“This year, through the Kundalini Collective and the Embodiment Teacher Training Certificate, I have expanded in ways I didn’t even realise were possible. I thought I understood embodiment conceptually, intellectually, even spiritually BUT I hadn’t yet fully felt it in my bones.
Around the midpoint of the course, something shifted. It became clear that although I was thinking all the “right” thoughts and doing the inner work through Human Design, mindset, and life performance, my body was still living in an old reality. My mind had evolved, but my physical habits were still looping in patterns of self-neglect, the poor diet, alcohol, the unconscious behaviours, the subtle ways I was still abandoning myself.
The embodiment practices I’d explored before this training absolutely strengthened my nervous system and supported emotional release, but now I see that embodiment is so much more than healing the past. It is the art of living in full alignment; mind, body, energy and behaviour. It’s not just about clearing what has been, but about honouring who I am becoming. It’s a holistic, integrated way of existing that has completely transformed how I lead, live and take care of myself.

My self-awareness has turned from an intellectual observation into direct felt knowing. Tuning in to my body regularly allows me to notice subtle signals – sinking feeling in my gut-to warn me about a decision.
Embodiment transforms self-discipline from willpower driven into aligned action. I can now distinguish between the discomfort of growth (challenging but generative) and the pain of self-betrayal (depleting and wrong).
I feel that I can lead more consciously as I have access to a fuller range of intelligence. I can read the room by sensing collective energy and at the same time notice my own physiology reacting (elevated heart rate or defensive posture). This allows me to prevent a reactive response. My decision-making is improved as I can integrate somatic wisdom with analytical thinking.

When considering conscious leadership, I am reminded of how when I am dysregulated, I lead from reactivity, which brings no benefits. Therefore, I believe conscious leadership begins with a nervous-system leadership. When I am grounded, regulated, and connected to myself, I will naturally lead with presence, clarity, and emotional intelligence. Leadership is about holding space in a trauma informed manner, leaders don’t inspire through words—they inspire through the coherence between their words, their nervous system, and their energy and their actions. This programme has helped to inform conscious leadership isn’t a role, it’s a regulated, embodied way of being.
