Weaved throughout our time together will be learning, movement, mantra, meditation, pranayama, sharing circles, aromatherapy, one to ones and private quiet time.

You choose either a Sole Occupancy Room or Shared Room for four nights.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis and we are
really looking forward to sharing this beautiful event with you.
You room is included until Monday after breakfast.
If you want to stay for longer after the retreat closes you can arrange this directly with Luca.

Retreat Itinerary
We intentionally keep the itinerary flexible so we can respond to what each woman needs in the
moment, emotionally, physically and energetically. We also want this retreat to be fun and joyful.
Thursday 19th March - Afternoon
Arrive at Palm Court to Stop, Drop and Breathe.
This is your invitation to immediately exhale and arrive fully.
Settle into your room, meet the other women, and be welcomed by your hosts.
Luca will introduce you to the space and help you feel at home for the weekend.
You’ll then have time to orientate yourself and enjoy the facilities, whether that’s a soak in the hot tub,
a walk down to the village and harbour, or simply resting and doing whatever your body needs.
Thursday Evening
We’ll gather for a nourishing dinner, followed by a warm welcome circle where we’ll introduce the retreat, share a loose framework for the weekend, and set the tone for the space we are creating together.
We will then close the evening with a beautiful cacao and intention-setting ceremony before bed.
Friday 20th March Morning
We’ll rise slowly and you are invited to a gentle yoga stretch and meditation practice (this is optional) and then enjoy a light breakfast, and soak in the peace of the space before we
begin our first session
We’ll start the day with the grounding aroma of essential oils as you are introduced to Aromatherapy and a deeper understanding of your body, including the basics of cellular and hormonal health. This helps you understand how stress and modern life impact the body, and how we can support our system to function with more ease, balance and vitality.
From there, we will move from the physical body into the energetic body, introducing you to the
9 Human Design Centres and the energetic blueprint that makes you uniquely you.
You’ll begin to understand how your energy is designed to interact with the world, how your aura shows up, and how you can feel more aligned and free by recognising blind spots, blocks and patterns of conditioning that may be shaping your life without you even realising.
We’ll explore the meaning of conditioning and use aromatic anchoring to support the integration of
new rituals, beliefs and embodied ways of being.
Throughout the session we will respond to questions and bring in tools from our diverse
toolkit to support your nervous system, growth and transformation.
Friday Afternoon
The afternoon will include space for reflection, journalling, and optional
one-to-one time with us if you would like personal support.
We’ll also weave in breathwork and Kundalini-inspired embodiment practices to help you integrate what you’ve learned, not just mentally, but physically, emotionally and energetically.
The rest of the afternoon is you to rest, enjoy the facilities,
walk the coastline, and allow your body to land.
Friday Evening
We’ll enjoy dinner together, followed by a gentle evening Yoga Nidra practice designed to
support relaxation and grounding before sleep.
Saturday 21st March
Saturday is our most powerful embodiment day, where we work more deeply with the breath and body.
Claire will lead a grounding and connective session designed to bring you back into your body, deepen your presence, and support emotional release in a safe and held way.
This will be followed by a full embodied Kundalini Yoga practice including elements such as:
breath work, mantra, mirror work, emotional release practices and nervous system recalibration.
This part of the retreat is always profound, empowering, and incredibly beautiful.
This is a 2 hour session which will include explanation, learning and thought provoking conversation.
We intentionally leave space to enjoy the facilities and the stunning beauty of Cornwall,
because nature is part of your medicine.
Weather permitting, we would love to hold a beach circle to share, reflect, and connect with the elements.
Saturday Evening
We will enjoy our delicious chef prepared dinner with a relaxed evening to rest and integrate.
Sunday 22nd March
Morning
Sunday begins with a slower pace.
We’ll enjoy breakfast together, followed by gentle movement and meditation to support
clarity, softness and restoration.
You’ll be invited to share anything you wish with the group and will have the opportunity
for questions and answers whilst having some fun and games along the way.
Sunday Afternoon
After lunch we will be available for you if you want one to one time with us.
You may choose to take free time to explore, rest or play.
Sunday is about integration, grounding and aligning with your breakthroughs,
getting ready to leave the retreat with tools you can embody and implement in to your every day life.
Sunday Evening
We will gather in the evening for a final nourishing dinner.
To close the retreat, we will hold a beautiful Closing Ceremony.
A space to reflect, honour your journey, and seal the energetic work you have done over the weekend.
You will leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply reconnected to yourself.

With a new Spring in your step and ready to take action.
Monday 23rd March
On Monday morning we’ll share a final breakfast before packing, hugging, and heading home feeling replenished, restored, and recharged.
Food & Nourishment
Throughout the retreat you will be beautifully cared for by Luca and her chef with nourishing, wholesome meals designed to support the work we are doing, physically, emotionally and energetically.
