Usui Reiki, established by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, is a traditional Japanese healing practice that channels universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Its structured approach, rooted in time-honoured techniques and principles, has been widely studied and practiced globally, offering a consistent and reliable method for holistic healing.

In and of itself Reiki is an incredible life enhancing method that supports people from all walks of life. Reiki is taught in three stages and through our Space Method® Academy we provide attunement and training on each of the three levels.
