This course offers an in-depth exploration of Human Design theory, focusing on both its conceptual mechanics and practical embodiment. Framed through the 8 Pillars of Holistic Wellbeing, learners will gain insights into trauma-informed practice, including body connection and Polyvagal Theory. The curriculum is designed to bridge theory with application, empowering participants to deepen their understanding of themselves, self-regulation, and emotional resilience. This unique approach supports holistic wellbeing, addressing the mind-body connection essential for personal growth through the lens of Human Design.

Our 12 month programme lead by Jules Kelly 5/1 Emotional Manifesting Generator (standing proud in her 5 energy to ensure that things are done properly and loving her 1 energy with the level of detail and knowledge she brings) and Claire Morton, 3/5 Sacral Generator who's purpose is to help others to find theirs through the embodiment process.

You will learn the mechanics of Human Design (understanding it) coupled with the deconditioning and embodiment of your design which will bring you in to a life of alignment and magnetism and beyond!

You will be held and supported throughout the 12-month journey in this beautifully supportive group and you will enjoy learning, growth, expansion and success way beyond the learning of the science! We cant wait to start working with you!
